SPTRONIX is committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable service. The following warranty terms apply to all SPT products:

1. Warranty Coverage

• We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of shipment to our distributors.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in hardware and functional issues in our dedicated software/app.

2. End-User Support

• Distributors are required to provide a basic support contact window to collect usage information from customers and relay it to SPT.

• Our technical team will analyze and propose appropriate solutions.

3. SPT Warranty Solutions

• Hardware Failures: If caused by manufacturing defect, SPT will replace the unit at no cost. Defective units must be stored and returned in batches, with shipping costs borne by SPT.

• Software/App Failures:

  • If the issue is within our control (not limited by iOS/Android systems), we provide rapid bug fixes.

  • If the issue is due to iOS system bugs affecting our app, we will update our app once Apple releases the required fixes.

4. Warranty Exclusions

• Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

• Cosmetic damage, wear and tear.

• Out-of-warranty service available at cost.
